CCR Mitsubishi recognises star performers at annual awards
CCR Mitsubishi has recognised the efforts of its star employees at its annual awards ceremony.
Held at the Double Tree by Hilton, Bristol, this year’s event follows a busy period of restructuring for the long-established dealer group and comes at a time when the business is making inroads into its future success.
During the event, CCR’s Managing Director Tim Bagnall presented awards for strong sales and after sales performances.
CCR Mitsubishi Swindon team members Lee Collision and Adam Plumstead took the awards respectively for 2016-2017 Technician of the Year (Sold Hours) and Q1 2017 CCR Star Performer Service Advisor, while Leigh Gue of CCR Mitsubishi Cheltenham was awarded 2016-2017 Sales Executive of the Year (Gross Profit). Ian Cattermole was the winner of the 2016-2017 Sales Executive of the Year (New Car Unit) title after his success at the group’s Weston-super-Mare dealership.
There were also Special Recognition awards for CCR Sales Administrators. Rachel Smith of CCR Mitsubishi Bristol, Jayne Burnley of the CCR Mitsubishi authorised repairer site in Weston-super-Mare, Karen Wait of CCR Mitsubishi Cheltenham and Sharon Ryan of CCR Mitsubishi Swindon were all recognised for their outstanding contributions during the restructuring of the business and a busy Q1 2017.
Tim Bagnall, said: “It’s been a very challenging year for CCR and this year’s awards ceremony gave us the opportunity to thank our staff for their loyalty and hard work. We picked out a few individual performances, but all the team deserve praise for their dedication – especially as Q1 has been very encouraging. With a motivated team, good recent results and some exciting forthcoming new models from Mitsubishi, we’re very much looking forward to the future.”
