Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, based in the Cotswolds, has recruited a new Customer Services Manager to keep up with impressive sales growth.

Bryony Bradbury joins the team with over 20 years’ experience in the field, working in a variety of roles, from front-line face-to-face customer service, to management and customer experience.

One of Bryony’s main tasks initially will be to review the newly introduced Contact Management System within the department, with an aim of developing it to make the team even more efficient in handling customer communications.

Bryony said: “I’m really looking forward to working with the highly experienced team here at Mitsubishi Motors. I will be managing the day to day activities of the team whilst looking across the whole organisation to understand where I can add even more customer satisfaction – our ethos is to provide excellent service and doing that at every opportunity is key.”

Coming into the role with fresh eyes and experience from previous customer service roles, Bryony commented that she is excited to embark on this new journey with Mitsubishi Motors;

“I can’t wait to get started working with a very knowledgeable Customer Service team who have 58 years’ worth of Mitsubishi Motors experience between them.”
